An innovation driven initiative, we aspire to pioneer plant proteins in ingredients and across food and non-food applications.

At the core of our mission is the efficient management of post-harvest agricultural biomass, which we harness to scientifically extract valuable components like proteins, cellulose, and lignin.We focus on valorizing various biomass sources, including rice stalks, wheat stalks, banana stems, coconut leaves, bamboo, sugarcane, corn stalks, and millet stalks, among others.

With expertise in Food Oral Processing and Oral Tribology, she contributes significantly to product development and sensory research. Her research achievements are well-documented in scientific journals and include a patent, showcasing her contributions to the field.

With over 20 years of experience in specialty chemicals, he is fundamentally a material scientist who also possesses a strong entrepreneurial spirit. In addition to spearheading sales efforts, he is at the forefront of the biomass valorization initiative.

With more than 30 years of work experience in Corporates, Startup Ecosystem and as an Entrepreneur across 5 continents. His insights on strategy and network in the HORECA is very helpful for achieving scale.

With her expertise in organic chemistry, she offers significant experience in Quality, Wet Chemistry, and New Product Development. At FlavingredProducts, she oversees Research & Development, as well as application and vendor management.

Prof. Chen, one of the pioneers in the field of Food Oral Processing, has been a guiding mentor to Rituja since her PostDoc tenure at the Centre of Food Oral Processing in Hangzhou. His profound knowledge in oral processing and sensory analysis plays a crucial role in advancing our initiative.

Scientific and technical expertise with over 4 decades of experience in industry & academy. Former Head of Technical functions at United Spirits Limited (now Diageo plc company in India).
